- Initial Intake Session: $160

We are in-network and accept the following insurance plans:

Not all of our therapists accept all of the insurance plans. If you plan to utilize insurance benefits, please check with our intake coordinator to make sure you are scheduling with a therapist in-network with your insurance.
Out of Network Insurance
Depending on your health insurance provider, you may be eligible to use out of network benefits to be reimbursed for your therapy sessions. If we are not in network with your insurance provider, we can provide you a receipt (sometimes called “superbill”) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You can contact customer service at your insurance provider to find out if you have out of network mental health outpatient benefits and their reimbursement. We recommend that you call your insurance company prior to your first appointment to check on your coverage. You may also want to check if you have a deductible, pre-authorization requirements, primary care physician written approval requirement, reimbursement percentages, session limits, etc.
Payment
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards and Health Savings Accounts as forms of payment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
We prioritize your time by holding an appointment time. When clients cancel an appointment, we are able to offer that space to other clients who may need an appointment. If we don’t have enough notice, other clients miss an opportunity to be seen. We understand that situations arise in your life where you need to change our appointment, so if you need to cancel or change an appointment, we ask to you do so with at least 24 hours notice. You will be charged the session full rate ($130) if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show for appointments.
