VCC is a paperless office. Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive an email with a link and login information for our client portal. All of the required intake forms and documentation can be found in the client portal. These can be completed on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. The forms take about 15 minutes to complete.
Completing these forms prior to your first appointment allow your therapist to review your information before meeting you, and reduce the need to spend time on filling the forms out during the appointment.
