Approach to Therapy
I think it is really important to get to know each client and understand their unique situation, issues and strengths. Grounded with a systems theory background, I believe your family, community and environmental factors significantly shape your own experience. By building a comfortable and collaborative environment, we can together build a trusting relationship to work through issues. Utilizing a strength-based and trauma-informed approaches, I believe in developing individualized care that is best suited for the needs and interests of each client.
